How long does it take to return to sport after ACL surgery?
Here’s what most people don’t know: your brain heals faster than your knee does. So by the time you feel ready to return to sport, your body might not actually be there yet, and that gap is exactly where most ACL re-tears happen.

At UFIT, we don’t clear athletes on gut feel, we use advanced VALD technology to measure your limb symmetry index. Hit above 80%? You’re cleared with a plan. Below that? We know exactly what to work on before you get back to playing.

Run club is BACK and we’re kicking it off in the best way possible.

Next Wednesday we’re celebrating Global Run Day with a social run through the city, and then heading straight to Agora Coffee Shop for a coffee on us. Because you earned it.
