A few things that help:
1. Use dumbbells more often instead of barbells so each arm works independently
2. Start your sets with your weaker left side first
3. Only do the same number of reps your left arm can handle, even if your right can do more
4. Lower the weight slightly and focus on controlled form and full range of motion
