This webinar will focus on a common problem that my clients come to me with - lower back pain, which can occur in the morning, when you sit, stand or walk for long periods of time, or after exercise.
In the first part of the webinar, we’re going to talk about the top causes of lower back pain:
✔️Breathing disorders
✔️Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction
✔️Posture disorders
✔️Spinal diseases - arthritis, scoliosis, herniated discs.
In the second part of the webinar, we will do practical exercises to quickly relieve back pain that you can use in your daily life.

How was your first class? Have you noticed significant changes during your years / months of practice?
I’m still the same awkward cute thing on the inside, BUT I have to say that my body has changed a lot! I have more muscles and flexibility now. My back is STRONGER, my arms are BIGGER, but my skin... it’s A MESS! 😂 And I’m also less fearful, yay 😎

Don't swing your legs to warm up before exercising.
Swinging on relaxed muscles injures joints!
Instead, during your warm-up do:
✅ Turns from side to side
+ extend legs between turns
+ tilt and extend legs after turning
If it's difficult on the floor, sit on a chair.
