Peaksters | Smart Physical Training for Young Athletes

The first AI-powered app
building lifelong strength, mobility, and injury protection
in just 15 minutes a day
through fun, interactive training and real-time feedback

If this Reel just personally attacked your posture… same 😅

Since we’re all already hanging out here on the internet anyway,
let’s at least make your back a tiny bit happier:
10 seconds to roll your shoulders, open your chest and breathe.

Send this to someone who:
• scrolls in weird positions,
• says “my back is fine” and then cracks like bubble wrap,
• needs a tiny “you’re moving like a real athlete” today.

Save this for your next “oh no, I’m a shrimp again” moment. 🦐

Not every child loves organised sport.
And that’s okay.
What matters is daily movement – in small, fun, realistic doses.

Pick 1–2 ideas from this list and try them this week.
Tiny steps now = huge benefits later.

Save this for busy days

Most exercises your child does are just variations of one or more of 7 basic movement patterns.

Squat, hinge, lunge, pull, push, rotation, gait (walking/running).
These 7 are the “alphabet” behind almost all training movements -
in the gym, on the pitch, on the court.

If this alphabet is weak or unbalanced,
it’s like building a house on sand: more effort, less result, higher injury risk.

Good GPP (general physical preparation) is a system that develops these patterns in a smart, structured way,
so young athletes move better, feel stronger and get more from every sport they choose.

At Peaksters, we design our sessions around this kind of system,
not random drills - that’s why 10–15 minutes can actually matter.

Does your child train 3+ times a week?
Save this checklist

When a young athlete trains a lot, their body NEEDS smart support:

✅Posture work
Simple exercises to keep the spine tall and stable.

✅ Barefoot time on firm ground
Helps build strong feet and better coordination.

✅ Massage roller routine
Regular light rolling to relax tight muscles.

✅Check-ins with specialists
Orthopedic / sports doctor, physical therapist, osteopath – especially in periods of fast growth or high load.

✅Fundamental movement patterns
Squats, lunges, pulls – basic moves that make the whole body stronger.

✅Soft braces when really needed
Extra support during intense periods (always together with a doctor, not instead of one).

✅Recovery rituals in heavy training blocks
Hydrotherapy, massage, sauna, etc. – to help the body reset, not just push and push.

This is not medical advice – always talk to your doctor or physio about what’s right for your child.

👇 In the comments, tell us: how many times a week does your child train and in which sport?

7 out of 10 kids quit sport by 13.

Not because they’re “too lazy” — but because of:
• constant pressure
• early single-sport focus
• overuse injuries
• no fun left in the game

If your young athlete is often tired, moody or “not themselves” after training,
it might be more than just a bad day – it might be fatigue building up.

Want to check their fatigue risk before it turns into injury or burnout?

👉 Send us a DM with the word “fatigue”
and we’ll send you our Fatigue Checklist -
so you can see how tired they really are and what to do next.

What’s inside a Peaksters session? 👀

First, our AI “sees” your young athlete - those green lines track every move and give instant cues to fix posture, knees, arms, balance.

Then the magic is in the repeats:
day after day, 15-minute routine.
They train, get points, unlock rewards, hear “great job!” -
and start loving the work that usually feels boring.

In the end it’s simple:
one phone, one app, one happy athlete who knows “I can do this.”

“End of season… hard to watch. Kids are tired and bodies not ready to compete.”

That’s what a U17 head coach from a top European club told us.
Same boys, same tactics – but the difference was physical preparation.

Some players did their home exercises.
Some didn’t.
On the pitch, it was visible.

Foundations matter: posture, coordination, balance, strength.
Without them, even talented teams fade by the final whistle.

Peaksters helps young athletes build those fundamentals in 10–15 minutes a day at home –
so coaches can actually see the difference when it counts.

👉 Save this for later and tag a coach or sports parent who will get it.

Hi, I’m Iriska. Job title: Founder’s Dog.
Special skills: co-coach, morale officer, nap optimization.

People ask how to become a founder’s dog.
Simple. Here’s my 5-step playbook:

1. Sit next to the laptop like you own the roadmap.
2. Join every 10-minute stretch. If the human squats, I also squat (approximately)
3. Approve features with a tail wag. Reject with a long sigh.
4. Sprint planning: fetch, ship, nap. Repeat.
5. If no one pets me, I file a formal complaint by lying dramatically in the sofa.

That’s it. You’re welcome.
Now I’ll return to my core KPI: maintaining office vibes.

Not because of medals.
Because she’s:
• building strong posture and core
• learning to move well before she moves fast
• showing up, even when it’s “just 10 minutes”

That’s what we call a winner — healthy, confident, still in love with sport.
