🗞️ 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦: Musa Noah Kamara, who recently signed with Tunisia’s top-flight club CS Sfaxien, has terminated his contract with immediate effect amid the club’s FIFA ban.

The decision was driven by the ongoing issues surrounding CS Sfaxien’s financial obligations and subsequent sanctions. The club was banned by FIFA from registering new players due to unpaid dues owed to former players, including those from Maccabi Haifa.

This ban resulted from the club’s failure to comply with rulings from FIFA’s Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), which ordered the payment of outstanding debts. The ban will be lifted once the club settles these debts.

Here are the key reasons behind Musa’s decision:

𝗨𝗻𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗗𝘂𝗲𝘀: CS Sfaxien owed money to former players, including those from Maccabi Haifa.
𝗙𝗜𝗙𝗔 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: Both the DRC and CAS ruled in favor of the players, requiring the club to pay the owed amounts.
𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗻: Due to non-compliance, FIFA imposed a transfer ban on the club, preventing new signings.
𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻: The ban will be lifted once the club fulfills its financial obligations.
𝗙𝗜𝗙𝗣𝗿𝗼'𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: FIFPro publicly condemned the club’s behavior and urged respect for players’ rights and privacy.

As a result of these circumstances, Musa Noah Kamara has chosen to terminate his contract and is expected to return home on Thursday, according to reports.
