We are the only First Division team in Kono District that have defeated a premier league side in a competitive match, that was when we defeated our Eastern Region counterparts Kamboi Eagles FC 2:1 at home in the 2016 Leocem FA Cup and they ended up wining the cup that season after a late controversial penalty was awarded to them in Kenema which they converted and We exited the competition on away goal rule and they won their subsequent matches, to be crowned FA Cup champions that year representing the country in a CAF competition.

As the Eastern Region Football Association Division One Play offs set to commence on the 14th March 2026 and as a participant in this year's competition, we have followed regulations of ERFA in rebranding and updating the team status of which changing the Logo is not an exception.
With uncountable success stories and memories of the old badge/ Logo for over two decades, we present the new logo of the Sanga Boys which represents a fearless Monster Lion that hardly bows to it's competitors and still uphold the "Dignity In Labour" motto.
