Have you ever reacted badly to something everyone insisted was “healthy”? 😳
A probiotic made you bloat.
Fermented foods made you itch.
Exercise caused a two-day crash.
A detox made every symptom louder.
And instead of getting curious about the reaction, you were told to push through because it meant the protocol was “working.” 😩
Sometimes temporary discomfort can happen.
But worsening symptoms are not automatically a badge of honor—and “die-off” should not become the explanation for every reaction.
I want to know:
→ What else was happening when you introduced it?
→ How much did you take?
→ How quickly did symptoms begin?
→ Was your body already flaring?
→ Did you change five other things at the same time?
→ Was this the right intervention for your current capacity?
This is why I prefer one intentional change at a time whenever possible.
Your response gives us information.
But we lose that information when everything changes at once.
Your body may not be rejecting healing.
It may simply be saying, “Could everybody please calm down for a minute?” 😏
Save this before introducing the next thing—and send it to someone whose supplement cabinet is becoming a full-time job. 😅📩
