Twic East Youth Association (TEYA) Juba has officially announced the appointment of members to the Twic East Annual Sports Organizing Committee for 2026.

The committee will oversee the organization and coordination of the upcoming Twic East Annual Sports activities.

Committee Members:

• Bol Amol Aleu — Deputy Chairperson
• Duot Lual Garang — Secretary General
• Bul Debek Bul — Deputy Secretary General
• Marier Amol Marier — Treasurer
• Athiak Atem Biar — Deputy Treasurer
• Chol Aweng Deng — Information Secretary
• Chol Kongor Kuany — Deputy Information Secretary

The appointment was issued by TEYA-Juba Chairperson William Deng Jr Kwir Bul under Article 11(K) of the TEYA Constitution 2022 (Amended, 2024).

PRESS STATEMENT

The leadership of Twic East Youth Association (TEYA) Juba wishes to inform members and the general public that a successful joint meeting was held yesterday at the TEYA Center between the TEYA Executive Leadership, Council (Payam Leaders), and the Twic East Sports Association (TESA) Executive Committee Members.

After constructive deliberations, both parties reached an amicable agreement on the organization of the 4th Edition of the Twic East Annual Tournament.
It was resolved that a Joint Organizing Committee of 7 members be formed, whereby TESA shall nominate 3 members and TEYA shall nominate 4 members. The committee shall oversee the planning, mobilization, and organization of the tournament.

TEYA has already nominated its 4 members, while the announcement of the full committee awaits the submission of TESA’s 3 nominees. Upon completion, the TEYA Chairperson shall officially announce the committee.

The leadership commends the spirit of cooperation demonstrated by all stakeholders and reaffirms its commitment to unity, peace, and the successful ex*****on of the tournament.
