Sub: urgent information

Honorable. John Wiyual L*l County commissioner handover the UNMISS compound to the one of the organizations this afternoon which will make random movement impossible for us or everyone to enter to compound, therefore, the county commissioner gives us only tomorrow morning to take whatever donate to Akobo Football Association.

Moreover, AFA management is urgently informed every team to come in the morning tomorrow to take whatever is being donated to us for the fence construction per permitted period and time. We argue for every coach to select more than five players and inform every player that is willing to help us, if your team will not participate tomorrow make sure the team will soon pay share according to the fence construction breakdown.

Let us meet in front of UNMISS compound at 8:00 am tomorrow in the morning

Minutes of today's meeting

Agenda of the meeting
1. Construction of the Akobo freedom square fence
The assessment of the fence construction requirements was done last two days with the following results
1. The entire AFA fence is 261 metres
2. We want 261 poles for the entire AFA fence and 31 out of 261 was donated by Honorable. John Wiyual L*l Akobo county commissioner, so, we remain with 231 poles divided to 21 teams existing in the Akobo Football Association that each team will bring 11 wooden poles
3. Six sack of cements. One sack cost $50USD multiply by 6 =300USD
4. 48 buckets of sand divided by 21 teams= 3 buckets per each team
5. 42 buckets of gravel divided by 21 teams =2 buckets of gravel per each team
6. The welding of metallic poles will cost 300,000SSP
7. It's labor for those who will be digging the hole and the fence constructor which probably will cost 1.5m
Moreover, before coming to the conclusion many coaches and the captain were suggesting the tournament while the fence construction for AFA or AFS fence contribution will still be going on during the tournament, that brings half of the coaches and the captain agrees on the suggestion.

Action point of the meeting
1. AFA management accepted the tournament to be started and only those teams who pay before the dateline will be considered during the tournament drawing with careful consideration or acceptance of those teams that pay tournament fees late with caution penalties or fine.
2. The AFA management also accepts the contribution to be continuing for the duration of one month and we shall start the construction in September
Therefore, AFA appreciated every individual who participated in meeting and as well acknowledged everyone that didn't attend the meeting, we encourage you to attend the next meeting
Thank you
