To: The Management of Bahr El Ghazal Counties Tournament (BCT)

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Player Eligibility – Jersey No. 22 and No. 17

Dear BCT Management,

We, the management of Cueibet County Football Team, hereby submit a formal complaint concerning the eligibility of two players, wearing jersey numbers 22 and 17, who participated against Cueibet County in today’s match.

According to Chapter Eight, Rule 20(b) of the BCT regulations, “No non-Bahr El Ghazal player is allowed to participate in the tournament.” We have serious concerns that the two players in question do not meet the eligibility requirements stipulated by the tournament regulations.

We therefore respectfully request the BCT Management and Standing Committee on Technical Affairs to:

1. Verify the identity and registration documents of players No. 22 and No. 17.

2. If they are found to have violated the eligibility rules, apply the appropriate sanction provided under Rule 20(c).

Kindly suspend confirmation of the match result until this complaint has been properly investigated and determined. Cueibet County Football Team respects the BCT regulations and seeks only fairness, transparency and equal application of the tournament rules to all participating teams.
