Wuror County Commissioner Condemns Abduction of Four Payam Administrators in Guanchat (Nyakhor)
The Commissioner of Uror County, Hon. James Gatkhor Gatluak, has strongly condemned the abduction of four local government administrators from Guanchat (Nyakhor) Payam.
The incident, which reportedly took place recently, is alleged to have been carried out by armed elements under the command of SPLA-IO Commander Col. Deng Lam Both.

Hon. Gatluak described the act as unacceptable and a serious violation of the safety and rights of public servants who are performing lawful administrative duties in service of their communities. The County Government has issued an urgent call for the immediate, unconditional, and safe release of the four administrators, stressing that they are non-combatants and must not be subjected to harm, intimidation, or unlawful detention.
