All U17 players selected for the Gudele U17 Tournament are urged to report for training tomorrow morning at 6:30 AM.

🟢| TRAINING CALENDAR

At JCFA, we believe development never stops. Our football program runs throughout the year, giving players continuous opportunities to train, compete and grow.

🟢| REGULAR TRAINING
Structured training sessions are conducted every week across all age groups, Monday Evening, Thursday Evening and Saturday morning. Sundays for Matches, main focus on:Technical development, Tactical understanding, Physical conditioning and Mental growth.

🟢| MATCHES
Since we currently don’t have a fixed league calendar in JLFA, we use friendly matches, any available academy tournaments that comes across throughout the year. Even thou Federation tournaments may not have fixed dates. We participate whenever we are invited any time of the year.

🟢| BREAK PERIODS
Players are granted short breaks during examination periods and the festive season

May: 2 weeks – 1st Term Exams
August: 2 weeks – 2nd Term Exams
End of November/Early December: 2 weeks – 3rd Term Exams
Festive Season Break from 20th December to 10th January New Year

Today the coaching staff & management held a productive meeting with the U17 squad. While they discussed the upcoming Gudele U17 Tournament, the focus went much further on the players’ overall development and long-term commitment to the game.

They encouraged the boys to:

• Stay consistent in training
• Keep playing competitive football
• Improve their technical & tactical abilities
• Maintain discipline
• Develop the right mentality both on and off the pitch

The coaches also stressed the importance of teamwork, responsibility, game understanding, decision-making, physical preparation, and continuous growth.

Proud of the attitude and commitment shown by the players.

All U17 players are informed that we will have an important team meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, 26 August, at 1:00 PM.

The U12B side fell to a 1–3 defeat against the U14s in an internal training match this evening at Greenhill Playground.

A valuable experience for the younger boys as they tested themselves against older and more physical opponents.
