Message of Dissatisfaction and Dismay βΉοΈβΉοΈππ
It is with deep disappointment that I address the continued backbiting against Aguok Kuei Community Sports Association (AKCSA) in its noble journey to promote sports, pride, and unity within our community. Despite tangible reforms and sacrifices made, some voices have chosen to discredit the hard work of the Aguok Kuei Football Team.
I specifically condemn a post written by my brother, Kongoro Senior, and circulated on Facebook, AKCSA Messenger group, and shared by Aguok Kuei TV. In his message, he claimed that Aguok Kuei Football Team won the trophy of Gogrial Communities Peace Tournament of 2022 by mere luck. This statement is not only false but a blatant attempt to undermine the sweat, discipline, and sacrifice exerted by our players in 2022 when they earned that victory through determination and teamwork.
Such remarks dishonor the spirit of sportsmanship and the collective pride of our community. Aguok Kuei Football Team did not win by chance, they won by resilience, preparation, and unity. To dismiss their achievement is to dismiss the very values we stand for.
It is time we rise above divisive words and embrace sports as a tool for unity, development, and peaceful coexistence. Let us stand together, celebrate our victories, and support the ongoing efforts of AKCSA to strengthen our identity and inspire future generations.
Unity is our strength, and respect is our foundation. Let us protect both.
