✍️ BASIC LEAGUE MATCH RULES

The Rumbek Football Association reminds all participating clubs of the following basic league requirements:

✅ Submission of Squad List
All clubs must submit their official squad lists as required by the Association.

✅ Submission of Lineup
Each club must submit its official starting lineup at least one (1) hour before the scheduled kick-off time.

⚠️ Failure to Submit the Lineup on Time
Any club that fails to submit its lineup within the required time will be considered to have forfeited the match and will be recorded as losing 0–2.

All clubs are therefore urged to comply with these regulations to ensure smooth and professional league administration.

📢 OFFICIAL NOTICE TO ALL RUMBEK FOOTBALL CLUBS

Rumbek Football Association (RFA) strongly requests all clubs under its jurisdiction to ensure that every registered player has a valid identification document (ID).

Player identification is important for every player’s safety, proper registration, verification, and protection of their rights.

Therefore, all club administrators and officials are urged to assist and encourage their players who do not yet have IDs to process and obtain them as soon as possible.

⚠️ Please take this matter seriously. Failure to have proper identification may create difficulties in verifying a player’s identity and could affect the player’s freedom & safety.

Rumbek Football Association, as the governing body of football in Rumbek, is working to document and preserve the football history of our clubs, players, and competitions through proper record-keeping and digital tracking.

However, some clubs are delaying the submission of their official squad lists, which makes it difficult for us to accurately enter and maintain their records in our system.

Why wait until matchday?
Why submit your lineup only when the match is about to kick off?

We kindly urge all clubs to submit their complete and official squad lists well before their matches. Early submission will help us to:

✅ Build accurate historical records for every club and player.
✅ Ensure players are properly registered in the tracking system.
✅ Make matchday lineup submission faster and easier.
✅ Avoid last-minute delays and complications.
✅ Preserve the football history of Rumbek for future generations.

Please understand that the longer you delay submitting your squad list, the more difficult it becomes to properly include your club and players in our football records and tracking system.

We are not only organizing matches—we are building the history of Rumbek football together.
