YLFA shall embark on a decentralized system of administration this time. Coaches have to play major roles in decision making and the general organization of the football activities.

Referees are the delicate body that shouldn't be ignored in the chain of administration. We shall all be exercising administration and leadership under the guts of law.

We are soon resuming the training of new and old referees. All breakaway referees are asked to come back and resume the usual training as we prepare for upcoming tournaments. The regime you had grudges with is gone; it's time to reconcile and unite again.

As many of you are all aware about my elapsing tenure as secretary general of YLFA. I felt indebted to register my heartfelt gratitude to all coaches, referees, players and fans.

Your particular and general Thanksgiving awaits you as my term ends on 20.08.2021.

For your notification, I'm an outgoing secretary general of YLFA. And as the clock ticks now I'm going to contest as the CEO/ president of YLFA 2021-2025.

It's an eminent decision to take based on my love for football.
