The Royal Flames Netball Club would like to thank all parents and Netball lovers who supported their Cocomelons financially, physically and otherwise during our U21 Trials this past weekend. Yes we were soaked in rain and couldn't finish the trials.

A New Date will be announced to conclude the trials. We had a total of 48 players who braved the weather and decided to trial with us.

🚨🚨🚨 UPDATE 🚨🚨🚨

YESTERDAY THE ROYAL FLAMES HOSTED NHLAMBENI HIGH SCHOOL AND NYAKATFO HIGH SCHOOL AT THE POLICE ACADEMY NETBALL COURTS.

THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE DAY PROCEEDINGS WAS TO EMPOWER THE YOUNG NETBALL KIDS AND THEIR COACHES/TEACHERS.

1. THE COACHES AND TEACHERS WERE SHOWN HOW TO CONDUCT A PROPER WARM UP PRIOR TO A GAME.

2. THEY WERE ALSO EMPOWERED WITH DIFFERENT NETBALL SKILLS, TACTICS AND TECHNICS, FROM RUNNING, TURNING, LANDING, PROPER CATCHING OF THE BALL, TACTICAL APPROACH IN TERMS OF TRANSITIONAL PLAY, DEFENSIVE PHASE AND CENTRE PASS LAYOUT PLUS MOVEMENT.

3. THE ROYAL FLAMES LADIES WERE THERE TO DEMONSTRATE AND HELP ATTEND TO THE KIDS INDIVIDUALLY, GIVING FULL FOCUS AND UNDIVIDED ATTENTION TO EACH STUDENT.

4. THE DAY CONCLUDED WITH GAMES , NHLAMBENI HIGH PLAYING AGAINST NYAKATFO UNDER 17s.

NYAKATFO OPEN LADIES PLAYED AGAINST THE ROYAL FLAMES LADIES AND THE ROYAL LEGENDS..

IT WAS SUCH A FULFILLING DAY OF SHARING KNOWLEDGE, SKILL , TACTICS AND TECHNIQUES.

Showing No Mercy, It Was A Clear Sight Of A Walking Giant "Terrorising" An Infant Academy, Lethal, Brutal And Intentional.

On Saturday Flames Tamed and Consumed Some Buffalos, Getting Deep Into Their Skin, Eliminating Every Soulful Spirit. No Remains Of The Sacred Buffalo Were Identified, Not Even The Bones Were Spared From The Destruction. When Flames Go For A Hunt, Only Ash Survives Such Determined Destructions. The Battlefield Itself Changes Colour.
