shukuma Swaziland will collaborate with Swaziland Sugar Diabetics in the fight against Sugar Diabetics this Saturday in Ludzeludze Care point at 8am to12am. We kindly invite every one to come join us and Shukumisa Sugar Diabetes away. We will have our signature activity Aerobics and a walk from the Care Point to Lamvelase Clinic ........Free shukuma T-shirts will be given to the first 20 people to participate in this event

Hard luck to our Ladies volleyball squad who lost all their five games in the qualifiers played in Lusaka,Zambia......its not the end of the road ladies...
