WE ARE HIRING: CHIEF WATER UTILITIES ENGINEER

HAB Group is recruiting on behalf of Provo Water Company for an experienced Chief Water Utilities Engineer based in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands.

This is a senior engineering leadership position with a strong hands-on and operational focus. The successful candidate will lead the Engineering Department while remaining actively involved in fieldwork, site inspections, infrastructure assessments and major project delivery.

The role includes responsibility for the design, construction, maintenance and improvement of essential water infrastructure, including pipelines, reservoirs, booster stations and treatment systems. The Chief Water Utilities Engineer will also oversee project budgets, cost estimates, invoicing, contractor performance, regulatory compliance and emergency response planning.

This is not a purely office-based position. The successful applicant must be comfortable working on active construction and operational sites, often in challenging outdoor conditions including heat, dust, wind and mud.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related field, together with a valid Professional Engineer licence. A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in water utilities, public works or infrastructure engineering is required.

Location: Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands
Salary: USD $80,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience
