As part of our ongoing commitment to community and education, Provo Water Company (a proud member of HAB Group) hosted the Drinking Water Week 2025 Jingle Competition for primary schools across the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Under the leadership of our Water Quality Manager, Sherry Bell Parker, this initiative reflects her long-standing dedication to educating young people about the importance of safe, reliable drinking water. Sherry’s passion for outreach and engagement helped inspire students to think critically about water safety and sustainability in a fun and creative way.

We were delighted to receive numerous entries from talented young voices, all centered around this year’s theme: Trust the Tap.

On Tuesday March 25th, Kneshia Clarke-Forbes, Customer Service Manager at Provo Water, was the featured guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Providenciales' General Club Meeting.

Her presentation, titled "Trust the Tap: Leak Notification System for Water Conservation," highlighted the importance of customer awareness and proactive engagement when it comes to managing water usage and preserving resources. From introducing attendees to the My Account web portal and real-time usage graphs to walking them through the benefits of the smart leak notification system, Kneshia brought the topic to life in a way that was clear, engaging and impactful.

The session wrapped up with a creative twist — a customised Water Conservation Bingo game that made key takeaways both memorable and fun!
