Passive flexibility might take you down.
But active strength is what keeps you there.
If your legs can’t support you,
your joints are doing the work.
And that’s not longevity.
Train your hamstrings.
Strengthen your adductors.
Engage your core.
Flexibility + strength = control.
Control = confidence.
Confidence = a body that lasts.
Stop chasing depth.
Start building strength.
