🚨Sacking Ten Hag And Replacing Him With Tuchel;Will It Solve United Problem?

Let's face facts! We have disobedient players in Manchester United . Players who are ready to sack Coaches by refusing to perform well. These players sacked Moyes, Louis Van Gaal, Mourinho, Ole and now Ten Hag that we are talking of his sack. It is unless we change such culture of players sacking Coaches the better for United.

The difference between Alex Ferguson's time and now is that Alex Ferguson was fully in charge. You as a player cannot even think of sacking him because he was fully in charge, instead he will sell you as a player. Now, ever since Alex Ferguson left Premier League , Pep Guardiola has been the Coach dominating the League. Reason being that he is in control. He came to City told players that non of them were better than Messi or Ronaldo and due to that, all players should be subjected to discipline. Pep has been in total control of City with no interference.

Now talking of Ten Hag, he came to United and told everybody in clear terms of his football philosophy and they agreed. Any time he wanted to implement it, our prayers will either complain of injury, or fall apart with the Coach or even make complain that they are subjected to tedious training. Which shows us all that they are not willing to implement the Coach's instructions. Look at the pace of our players playing like lazy tortoise. To show you that our players know what they are doing is our match against Aston Villa. Why didn't they concede early goals as usual? Compare their pace against FC Porto and Aston Villa, that is to show you that they know what they are doing.

The blame that should go to Ten Hag is that after signing most Ajax old players, he couldn't make them to play football. He also made a terrible mistake in signing Zirkzee who is yet to adapt to Premier League. United record under Ten Hag has been totally shambolic but not entirely bad because he got us two trophies.

A way forward: Sacking Ten Hag now is not a better option. Even if you bring in Tuchel, he is also a strong disciplinarian, who was also sacked by Chelsea players. The board should summon both Coach and Players and ask them questions. It has come to a stage that ultimatum should be issued to them by measuring their performances in every match. At the end of the season, let those who performed well stay. Give the Coach upper hand with no member of the board or old players interfering.

What we want now is change of attitude from players. Make Ten Hag know that his job is threatened. Anyway this won't change the decisions of the Ineos today whether sack or keeping the Coach.
