Tips:
1. Keep your body flat on the ground in one line
2. Extend your leg and move it backwards before lifting it up.
3. Keep your toe pointing downwards at all times. Toes going upwards means hip activation and no glutes.

Few tips about a pull-up when targeting muscle growth:
1: Always go for full range of motion to engage the muscles to the fullest
2: Hold your core tight so you don’t swing
3: Keep good tempo - pull explosive and focus on a slower eccentric phase (the lowering)
Pull-ups work miracles but you need to do them correct for best results!💪👌
Haven’t been active lately on here but been keeping it up in the gym. Planche is being really slow with progression but will get there soon!
Leg day is often the toughest but one shall never skip!
Genes can always get in the way while trying to grow your calves but you can always shape them to be the best they can be. Don’t get disheartened if you don’t see fast results, just train them regularly and they will come by.

Quick . Easy . Tasty 🍴
Lemon & Garlic Salmon🔥
- Salmon
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of dried basil
- 1/2 tablespoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Thin slices of lemon
- Asparagus seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper
Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins at 375 degrees🙌🏻
