I used to be out of shape, depressed, eating like s**t, sleeping like s**t, wasting hours on video games through the night just to feel something.
It wasn’t just the weight.
My energy was gone. My focus was gone.
Any confidence I had was gone.
I kept telling myself I’d start eating better, start training, start fixing it.
But just kept getting pushed back — and the longer I waited, the worse it got.
So I stopped waiting and built a system I could actually stick with consistently.
I got my blood work done.
My testosterone was wrecked from drinking every weekend, my diet was garbage, and my sleep was shot.
I fixed my nutrition. Cleaner food. Energy-giving food.
Cut out the garbage that was holding me back.
I trained with purpose. I had a clear picture of the man I was working toward — and every session was built around that body, not the one I was stuck in.
I worked on my mindset.
Rewired the stress eating, the all-or-nothing thinking, the habits keeping me stuck.
