Perfect weather and a great environment for practice today. The players worked hard on key defensive principles including body positioning, awareness, movement off the ball, defending space, 1v1 defending, and adjusting speed and distance to the striker.

Great focus, effort, and attitude from everyone throughout the session.

Our players focused on key game skills including passing into space, timing of runs, movement off the ball, and decision-making this session. It was great to see confidence, communication, and creativity growing throughout the session.

They also enjoyed fun competitive games to develop speed, agility, balance, coordination, and strength. 🔥

We were very grateful to have a Trinidad National Team player, former Chelsea, West Ham, and Sheffield United professional, who has also played throughout Europe, join in for a session today.

It was a great experience for the kids to see the level, professionalism, and mindset needed to reach the top level of football. The players worked extremely hard and gave another fantastic effort while enjoying every minute. ⚽👏
