BDA: GriefSPACE

A space for individuals and families to receive services for holistic wellness. Specializing in loss, grief, and restoration.

31/01/2026

Lately, the world feels loud.
Heavy.
Unsettling in ways we can’t always name.

If your nervous system has been on high alert…
If sleep has been harder to find…
If anxiety, numbness, grief, or burnout have been tagging along quietly in the background…
You’re not imagining it. And you’re not alone.

Most people don’t come to meditation because they’re calm.
They come because they’re tired.

Tired of bracing.
Tired of pushing.
Tired of holding it all together when everything feels uncertain.

Where I Meet Myself is a gentle, non-judgmental guided meditation space for exactly this moment.
Not to fix you.
Not to make you “better.”
Just a place to pause, breathe, and be with what’s here—without explanation.

🧘🏾‍♀️We’re live tomorrow, Sunday at 9pm EST.
You can join for one session or come into the ongoing practice every Sunday and Wednesday, same time.

Come anxious. Come restless. Come unsure. Come exactly as you are. No experience necessary.

If your body whispered “I need this” while reading… trust that.

We’re building something new at Tide and Temple, Inc.

Open Waters is a clinician-led peer support program created to support people navigating grief, life transitions, and transformation — together.

We’re currently inviting licensed clinicians across the U.S. who feel called to facilitate virtual peer groups rooted in lived experience, reflection, and community care to join us.

This is not therapy. It is guided peer support — and it’s deeply needed.

If this speaks to you, we’d love to connect.

One thing Bali reminded me of was my waterfall essence. I used to shrink myself to be the rivers and the lakes that folks are used to.

Not anymore. No more dams. No more droughts. You can either sit back and admire, swim, choke, drown, or never climb the heights to marvel at my natural wonder.

Confidence rooted in conviction 🌻❤️‍🔥

Atlannaaaa 🍑🗣️ I’m coming home for a few weeks next month! Lock in with me while I’m there.

Join me on Feb 7th and 8th for my 3rd year at the Self-Love Conference. I’ll be speaking on the topic of resetting the mind-body connection before guiding us through a sound meditation practice.

In my workshop, I’ll share my journey of resetting my mind-body connection and how my time in Southeast Asia has supported it.

I’ll guide you through identifying beliefs that were formed from your life experiences, then we’ll name emotions that flow from those beliefs, and afterwards, we’ll notice how those emotions present as symptoms and tension within the physical body.

Our frequency meditation will give us an opportunity to release emotion and allow our nervous systems a moment of rest and recalibration.

Register now through the link in my bio and use code for a discount! After 3 months away, I’m excited to show up transformed, refreshed, and invigorated to serve, especially in these times.

I love you. See you soon 🌻✨

Ecstatic dance has been part of my journey to healing myself.

This meditative dance calls for no talking on the dance floor. It’s a space to feel inside of yourself. To witness what desires to be expressed. And to allow the music and the energy to flow through you without judgement of how you look.

Within 8 weeks, I found my most sensual, ancestral, giddy, and divine essence waiting to be expressed. And she expressed herself enough to be held by a divine masculine energy. And for the first time in her life, she experienced the synergy of full surrender. Knowing that the masculine leads where she follows- never needing to know what’s ahead, while trusting every step.

In solitude, I danced between my own masculine and feminine energy. Moving my hips to the “on” beat of the music, while catching the in-between notes with swirls and sways. I inspired another woman to ask me for a dance, and there she mimicked my expression. It confirmed my Goddess essence.

After dance, one approached me and thanked me for allowing myself to be witnessed. I helped her “let go” more. Another thanked me for “the last dance” which was with the embodied masculine I spoke of. She said that the entire room watched as I created with him.

This is healing. From in-soul out. 🌻✨
