𝑾𝑶𝑴𝑨𝑵 - this 𝑺𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒂𝒚 8 𝑭𝒆𝒃 🔻
This 1-day retreat explores how to connect with your female body intelligence for embodied living - in a world that conditions women to disconnect.
From an early age, we’re taught to disown parts of ourselves - to push, achieve, perform, and override our natural rhythms. We’ve become disconnected from the wisdom that lives within us. But deep in your cells, your womb, your breath, there is an intelligence waiting to be felt, trusted, and lived.
WOMAN is a path back to that knowing. A space to move, feel, connect and trust your body again. Through somatics, menstrual cycle wisdom, shadow work and dance therapy, you’ll explore what it means to live in sync with your body’s rhythm and power.
From this place, you no longer have to push against yourself - you can confidently show up as your whole, authentic self, feeling a deep sense of inner safety to cultivate the life you truly desire.

The volume of your menstrual flow gives you vital info about your health and hormones each cycle.
The volume is an indicator of your hormonal balance during the previous cycle. It’s your personal hormone test each cycle! Cool huh?
So, how much menstrual blood is normal to shed during one period?
You may know what a heavy or light day is for you, but how do you know if your light day is actually considered heavy? Or is your heavy day is outside the range of healthy?
A healthy flow is 3-7 days, with at least 1 day of medium or heavy.
🩸 A light period would involve losing less than 40ml
🩸🩸🩸 A heavy period would involve losing more than 80ml in one cycle.
Let’s break that down…
Menstrual cup users
Heavy: >25ml
Medium: 15-25ml
Light: 5-10 ml
If there aren't measurements on the cup, I recommend filling it with water and pouring it into a measuring cup.
Tampon/pad users
Heavy: >5 or more per day
Medium: 3-5 per day
Light: 1-2 per day.
