Graduation day ✨️💫 a cycle is complete. So grateful for this journey, it challenged me in many ways but I have learnt alot, deepened my whole understanding of yoga, life and oneness 🙏

Feeling very appreciated, beautiful flowers and cakes this morning to celebrate the ending of our chair yoga block in Freshford. A wonderful community, they showed such commitment every week to their practice. Looking forward to being back in in the future 💜

I do regular classes through the ETB in residential settings working with adults with special needs. I love these classes, we always have fun.
