Services
- Maintenance Server and Workstation to work properly and continuously.
- Helpdesk and Troubleshooting services using telephone call or Skype messaging system.
- Remote management and troubleshooting services using RDP, Teamviewer, or VNC remote software.
- Regular visit onsite maintenance services at least once a month or more than that, depending on services contract.
- Working hour 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday
- We do not support on any illegal services.
- Services response time within 1-48 hour(s) after incoming requested.

Server and Workstation checking template. Server:
- Check Server / Anti Vius / Backup / E-Mail / Firewall / UPS status
- Test restore random file from Backup
- Check Windows update status
- Check available disk space on the server
Workstation:
- Customer will list any issue(s) found and send to us for checking on a regular visit date.

การให้บริการ
- ซ่อมบำรุงรักษาระบบ Server และ Workstation คอมพิวเตอร์ของท่านให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- บริการรับเรื่องพร้อมแก้ไขปัญหาด้วย Skype
- บริการแก้ไขปัญหาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ระยะไกลด้วย Windows Remote Desktop, Team Viewer หรือ VNC remote Software
- บริษัทบริการดูแลคอมพิวเตอร์ที่หน่วยงานของท่าน (Onsite Service) อย่างน้อยเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง หรือ มากกว่า โดยขึ้นอยู่กับสัญญาการว่าจ้าง
- เวลาเปิดทำการ 9.00 น. – 17.30 น. วันจันทร์-ศุกร์
- ให้คำปรึกษาพร้อมแก้ปัญหาด้วยโทรศัพท์ติดต่อในเวลาทำการ
- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์การกระทำใด ๆ ที่เข้าข่ายละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์
- บริษัทจะให้บริการภายใน 1-48 ชั่วโมงเวลาทำการหลังได้รับเรื่อง

- ตรวจสอบ Hardware/Software ของเครื่องแม่ข่าย และ อุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อ รวมไปถึง ระบบป้องกันไวรัส ระบบสำรองข้อมูล ระบบจดหมายอิเลคโทรนิค ระบบป้องกันความปลอดภัย และ ระบบสำรองไฟ
- ทดสอบการใช้งานระบบสำรองข้อมูลว่าสามารถกู้ข้อมูลได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบสถานะของระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows ที่มีการปรับปรุงรุ่นล่าสุดต่าง ๆ จาก Microsoft ทำให้ข้อมูลของเครื่องแม่ข่าย และ ลูกข่าย ทันสมัย และ ปลอดภัย อยู่เสมอ
- ตรวจสอบสถานะการใช้งานพื้นที่ในการเก็บข้อมูลของตัวระบบ และ พื้นที่สำหรับจัดเก็บไฟล์ บนเครื่องแม่ข่ายให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน
