Its been crazy how much I learnt with Olympic Champion Satoshi Ishii over the last week, was super generous with his knowledge teaching us high level techniques for both Grappling & MMA it all still feels surreal.

Some techniques were completely new to me and some were familiar but the level of details changed the way I do alot of things and I’ve already been able to use some of the techniques in sparring!

is a phenomenal instructor if you have the opportunity to learn from him do not hesitate, this guy is a real gem and is one of the nicest and well mannered people I’ve ever met in my life
