End of 12 WEEK CHALLENGE photoshoot for my girls 🔥
The whole point of doing this shoot was to make my girls feel empowered and confident in their own skin. I remember doing my first shoot and feeling so awkward and uncomfortable but it’s something that I thank myself for. It’s not easy getting out of my comfort zone to do so I’m so proud of you girls for committing to it!! 🤍

GLUTE HAM TIE INS 🔪
My ultimate favourite exercise to develop the glute/ham tie in is the bulgarian split squat. Majority of my clients hate these because.. well to be honest they make you want to vom 🤮
But they’re just too good of an exercise not to do. I actually LOVE this exercise and I used to program them in to my training 3x/wk
The more you do what you dislike or you’re not the best at, the more you become to like it as you improve 💁🏽♀️

Because everyone loves a good progress pic 🤪
It’s not very often anymore that I hear the classic saying ‘weights makes women look manly’ but when I do, it honestly makes me cringe.
There’s enough evidence out there these days to support that statement is a load of crap and I know one day that saying will be a thing of the past as more people become educated behind nutrition and training.
More MYTHS I have found out along my fitness journey 👇🏼
❌ You must do cardio to drop body fat
❌ You must eat clean to drop body fat
❌ It’s extremely easy to put on muscle LOL 😂
❌ You have to drink a protein shake straight after you train
❌ Fasted cardio burns more fat
❌ Fat burners work
❌ Eating fats makes you fat
❌ NO PAIN NO GAIN
❌ Abb exercises will give you abbs
❌ Carbs are the enemy
❌ Eating late at night will store fat
❌ Soreness is essential for muscle growth
❌ You should always train until failure
❌ You must burn off what you eat
There’s so many more ridiculous statements. Do your own research before believing ANY statement you hear even if it comes from a health professional. Get educated or get a coach ✌🏼
