A huge milestone for Alex Whetton, officiating his 150th AFL game as a field umpire — a fantastic achievement built on years of dedication and consistency.

Beginning his umpiring journey in 2008 with AFL Brisbane Juniors, Alex’s rise to 150 games is a true credit to his hard work, professionalism, and passion for the game.

One of our players has chosen to go on her Missionary Journey (Officially Call Sister Taupeamuhu)

She’s known -The Fullback (The Thunder)And also she is the loudest person on the field.Sister Taupeamuhu Was chosen on her first DEBUT Play for the Tongan Thunder U16 Women Team on December 2023 Held in Suva Fiji 🇫🇯 -After That She was chosen Again for her Second Debut Playing for the South Pacific National U16 women Team on March 2024 Held in Cold Coast Australia 🇦🇺 . After a few weeks she was chosen by the Glenorchy District Football Club to play for their Senior Women Team in Tasmania 2024- 2025

Now she’s officially called Sister Taupeamuhu.She’s flew today from Tonga -Fiji-Sydney-Dubai-Africa MTC in Chana and moved To her Destination on 10th of June to Uganda Kampala Mission 🇺🇬

We wish you all the best for your Journey and Hope to see you again .
