Our association, AEGARE, has been highlighted in Castellón Información for its participation in the European project DiBoost-HB, an Erasmus+ initiative aimed at boosting the digitalisation of the health and beauty sector.

This project focuses on strengthening the digital skills of professionals and trainers, helping them adapt to an increasingly technological and competitive labour market.

At AEGARE, we remain committed to innovation, training, and European cooperation, contributing to new opportunities for companies and professionals in the sector.

Today, AEGARE took part in an online coordination meeting with the partners of the DiBoost-HB (Digital Boost for Health and Beauty Professionals) Erasmus+ project.

These regular meetings help ensure smooth coordination and a shared vision among all partners as the project progresses. We look forward to the next steps and upcoming activities.

We're thrilled to announce the official launch of the "Digital Boost for Health and Beauty Professionals" (DiBoost-HB) project! Our inaugural transnational kick-off meeting took place in beautiful Porto, Portugal, bringing together the partnership.

The DiBoost-HB project, an Erasmus+ initiative, is designed to address the evolving needs of the health and beauty sector. Our core mission is to equip professionals, students, and trainers with essential digital competencies, thereby enhancing their employability, fostering business sustainability, and promoting digital inclusion across Europe.

During the meeting, we established clear objectives, detailed our work plan, and outlined responsibilities for each partner, ensuring a robust foundation for successful collaboration. We're excited about the journey ahead and the positive impact this project will have on vocational education and training.

And that's a wrap from Bucharest! 🇷🇴

Our incredible week of training for the Erasmus+ project "Media Wise" has come to an end. It was a week packed with intensive learning and collaboration, all focused on a crucial goal: building youth resilience against online manipulation and disinformation.

We are leaving equipped with new strategies, tools, and a reinforced commitment to media literacy. This experience wouldn't have been possible without our amazing partners: Vox Civica (Romania), KEPDER (Turkey), Fair Chance Association (Bulgaria), Ergasia (Greece), and Hub Culturel et Éducatif Paris (France). A special thank you to our hosts, Vox Civica, for organizing such a productive and well-managed event.

We're excited to bring these insights back to our community and continue our work empowering young people to navigate the digital world safely and critically.

The AEGARE team is participating in the international training for the Erasmus+ project "Media Wise".

During this first day, we've taken part in practical workshops focused on developing critical thinking and learning how to identify manipulation and disinformation online. The goal is clear: to build a more resilient youth, prepared for the challenges of the digital environment.

We are proud to be part of this initiative and to share experiences with our partners from Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, and France. Together, we are working to empower young people!

📢 The JobReady project comes to a successful close! Read our final newsletter.

As proud partners in the Erasmus+ project JobReady, we are excited to share its fourth and final newsletter, celebrating a successful conclusion!

This edition highlights the incredible results from the project's hands-on piloting phases across Iceland, Austria, and Cyprus, where 97 learners gained vital skills for the hospitality sector. You can also read about the successful dissemination events that shared our innovative training model with a wider audience.

It has been an honour to collaborate with our partners from across Europe on this important initiative, creating real pathways to employment. We are proud of the lasting legacy JobReady leaves behind for both learners and the hospitality industry.

A huge thank you to the coordinating institution, Miðstöð símenntunar á Suðurnesjum (MSS), and our fellow partners BEST Institut, INTEMPORE, and DEKAPLUS Business Services for this fantastic collaboration.

¡La red Social Tailoring sigue creciendo! AEGARE firma un nuevo acuerdo en Rumanía 🇷🇴

Nos complace enormemente comunicar la firma de un nuevo protocolo de adhesión a la red del proyecto Erasmus+ Social Tailoring. En esta ocasión, damos la bienvenida a la organización Filiala Braila a Patronatului Roman desde Rumanía.

El acuerdo fue formalizado por nuestro Secretario General, Arturo González Ascaso, y por Catalin Serbu, Project Manager de la entidad rumana, sentando las bases para una fructífera colaboración.

Esta alianza con Rumanía construye un nuevo puente para el intercambio de buenas prácticas y refuerza la dimensión europea de nuestro proyecto. Juntos, seguiremos trabajando para impulsar la inclusión social y el empoderamiento de colectivos vulnerables a través de la creatividad y la moda sostenible.
