SkiHub is evolving into SkiHub Tech: a first-of-its-kind AI-native SportTech and SaaS platform in development, built to transform the challenges of real-world mountain and outdoor environments into simpler, safer and more efficient digital experiences.
Founded by Baran Bayran, SkiHub Tech combines four years of hands-on resort operations with a 25-year family legacy in mountain operations. That real-world experience is now being transformed into scalable technology for instructors, ski schools, equipment rental businesses, resorts and outdoor activity operators.
At the core of SkiHub Tech is a simple vision: combine the realities of difficult mountain conditions with autonomous AI agents to make people’s lives easier and help outdoor businesses operate more efficiently.
Our development roadmap focuses on:
• AI-assisted partner onboarding, instructor verification and autonomous operational workflows.
• Real-time AI Match technology connecting users with suitable instructors based on verification, regional eligibility, language, experience and live availability.
• Shared inventory, booking coordination and secure cashless payment infrastructure for outdoor businesses.
• AI agents that can support onboarding, content creation, partner operations and scalable global expansion.
• Expansion beyond skiing and snowboarding into hiking, trekking, climbing, camping and other year-round outdoor activities.
SkiHub Tech is being designed as a global SaaS infrastructure rather than only a seasonal marketplace. Our long-term goal is to provide a technology layer that can support outdoor businesses, professionals, resorts and destinations across multiple sports and regions throughout the year.
We are preserving the existing SkiHub community and marketplace while building the next generation of the platform. Google Cloud migration, autonomous AI agent workflows, global SaaS capabilities and expanded outdoor modules remain development priorities, with each capability released as it is technically validated.
Our mission is to bring real mountain experience and modern artificial intelligence together in one digital SportTech ecosystem — reducing operational complexity and making outdoor sports more accessible for millions of people.
We welcome conversations with instructors, rental businesses, resorts, outdoor operators, technology partners, strategic partners and investors.
