لكل فعل رد فعل ولما كنا بنفكر فى التدريب فى مصر لقينا رد فعل غير طبيعي من المهندسين المصريين العاملين والدارسين في مجال هندسة الطيران خريجى جامعة القاهرة والأكاديمية حتى خريجي جامعة الزقازيق وبعض المهندسين شعبة ميكانيكا وتكنولوجيا انتاج اللى عايزين يشتغلوا في مجال الطيران وجالنا اقتراحات كثيرة منهم وافكار لم تكن في الحسبان.
منها تقسيط الكورس على اربعة اشهر بواقع 500 يورو في الشهر.
ومنها زيادة ساعات التدريب ومنها كمان عروض تدريس لمهندسين مصريين.
الافكار كتيرة جدا والحقيقة أنها كلها عظيمة وتفتح مجال وآفاق جديده للتدريب فى مصر وعليه:
اخترنا بعضها ١- يتم تقسيط مصاريف التدريب على 4شهور
