Kathleen has worked as a Leadership Coach and operations manager in The Leaders Guild Program at Tangaza University College in Nairobi for four years. As founder and Career Coach of My Career Identity, Kathleen has direct professional experience in youth programming, including pathways to employment, leadership development and entrepreneurship. She enjoys using her strong communication skills to initiate collaborative opportunities. She also serves as the Organizing Secretary in the current board of the International Coach Federation’s Kenya Chapter and has acquired an MBA in Global Business Sustainability from the Catholic University.
