🔥 THIS DRILL TEACHES YOU HOW TO CONTROL A RALLY 🔥

Forehand pattern work with Kaya Arınç 🇹🇷🎾
Federico Coppini on court.

Deep forehand.
Step in → drive-volley forehand.
Back to depth.
Then finish low, short, and clean.

Same rally.
Different heights.
Different intentions.

This isn’t about power.
It’s about knowing how to change depth and tempo inside the point.

That’s how control is learned. 💥🎾

🇹🇷 Ruben Neyens on court at TED Sports Club 🎾

Ruben Neyens, a performance coach known internationally for his science-based approach to junior development, visited TED Sports Club, where he worked with the players through high-tempo, match-like drills.

The session focused on correct movement patterns, explosive actions, and maintaining quality under fatigue. Stop–go exercises and constant decision-making kept both the physical and mental demands high throughout.

A valuable opportunity for the players to experience a different training perspective within the TED Sports Club environment, alongside the ongoing collaboration with Coppini Tennis Academy.

💥 WHY RESULTS MATTER — WHEN THEY COME WITH THE RIGHT PATH 💥

🎾 Congratulations to Deniz Şengül 🇷🇸
Tennis Europe U14 – Category 3

Deniz finished as doubles finalist in Belgrade, Serbia,
alongside Levente Czobel — a strong run through a competitive international draw.

These are the tournaments where young players are tested:
new courts, new opponents, real pressure.

And that’s where development actually happens.

Part of the continued work within the
Coppini Tennis Academy × TED Sports Club collaboration —
building experience, not just collecting wins. 🎾💥

💥 WHY GOOD FOREHANDS ARE BUILT, NOT FOUND 💥

Working on the forehand with Arya Akkoyun 🇹🇷🎾
Federico Coppini on court.

The focus is simple but demanding:
clean preparation, stable balance, and full commitment through the shot.

Simple patterns.
Clear intention.
Repetition done properly.

That’s how confidence grows.
That’s how consistency appears over time.

Part of the ongoing
Coppini Tennis Academy × TED Sports Club collaboration. 🎾💥

💥 WHY PATTERNS MATTER MORE WHEN YOU’RE TIRED 💥

Working forehand patterns with Kaya Arınç 🇹🇷🎾
Federico Coppini on court.

Wide forehand, fast recovery, then stepping around for the inside-in forehand.

Big movement and full commitment —
but the real challenge is staying clean when fatigue starts to show.

This kind of work doesn’t just sharpen footwork.
It improves decision-making under pressure.

Because in matches, shots aren’t chosen fresh.
They’re chosen tired.

Coppini Tennis Academy × TED Sports Club collaboration. 🎾💥

💥 WHY MOST PLAYERS TRAIN… AND SOME ACTUALLY IMPROVE 💥

On court with Emir Eren and Kaya Arınç (ATP player) 🇹🇷
Coppini Tennis Academy x TED Sports Club.

We don’t start with the racket.
We start with the body.

Medicine ball work to develop rotation, balance, and awareness —
then the same movement is carried straight into the stroke.

Forehands. Backhands.
Connected. Efficient. Intentional.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters.

That’s how foundations are built.
That’s how players grow. 🎾🔥

💣 FOREHAND WAR 🎾

🔥 High-intensity forehand work on court 🇹🇷
Part of the Coppini Tennis Academy × TED Sports Club collaboration

Federico Coppini working with Mert Naci Türker on a demanding forehand pattern:
➡️ forehand out wide, almost on the stretch
➡️ quick recovery
➡️ run around the backhand for inside-in / inside-out forehand

Big court coverage. Heavy legs. Zero shortcuts.
This is the kind of work that forges movement, decision-making, and real forehand authority. 💥🎾

⚡ BACKHAND BASE 🎾

Federico Coppini on court with Emir Erin at TED Sports Club 🇹🇷🎾
Part of the ongoing Coppini Tennis Academy × TED Sports Club collaboration.

Today’s focus: building a stronger backhand foundation.
👉 Starting with medicine ball work to feel rotation, balance, and timing.
👉 Then transferring that same movement into the racket — staying connected, moving through the ball, and controlling the finish on every rep. 💪

Simple work, done properly.
That’s how reliable backhands are built. 🔁⚡
