Last Sunday was a whole vibe at the Bamboo Cathedral. Walk, run, jog, aerobics… plenty laughs, high energy and even better company. The camaraderie was unmatched and the smiles said it all. This is what training in community is supposed to feel like 😊

Big thanks to Coach Joash from HIIT F**T for hosting and to Coach Jeremy from Rampage Fight and Fitness. Add Coach T to the mix and you already know the energy was next level.

It was a morning of good sweat, great people and even better memories.

This simple 3-minute challenge uses just your bodyweight to give you a quick snapshot of your current fitness level: no equipment, no excuses.

Here’s what to do:
⏱ Set a timer for 1 minute - Do as many Bodyweight Squats as you can with proper form
⬇️ Rest for 1 minute
⏱ Set a timer for 1 minute - Do as many Jumping Jacks as you can
