Last time we spoke I said I was returning to play.
To be able to set goals and see progress, you have to establish a baseline.
Cue baseline testing.
The first performance monitoring tool I chose was the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1. The Yo-Yo measures endurance performance and gives an objective play-by-play of how your endurance improves as you continue to train.
If you're interested in returning to play and would like to also monitor your performance then contact Sweat 4 Science at 383 0981 or [email protected].
You can also read more about the Yo-Yo on our website sweat4science.com.

Rugby is my greatest joy.
I put it down in 2019 and I'm ready to pick it back up again in 2022.
But I've never been further from a reasonable level of athletic competence in my life, so I'm going to sports science myself.
Check in to Sweat 4 Science as I use the tools of the trade to monitor my performance and get back to fighting form.

So you've picked up running over the past couple years? Maybe you're experiencing pain when you run or you want to up your running game.
“Running biomechanics play an important role in the development of injury.” Souza (2016).
The question here is ‘How can we investigate running biomechanics (gait)?’
Videotaped biomechanics is a cost-effective, simple, and informative way to determine running mechanics.
