Don’t ever limit yourself.

To all the able-bodies out there, you are NOT limited by your age. You’re only limited by your beliefs and your lifestyle.

I’m 37, I know that is very young and I feel very young. Yet, I see so many 30-year-olds complaining about how old and broken their bodies feel. This shouldn’t be the norm.

I also hear from those in their 40s and 50s saying, “just wait until you’re my age.” But this mindset is so limiting. Many people in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and even 90s live with great health, mobility, and abilities. My lifestyle and the way I train aim to achieve the same results, and I BELIEVE that I will. 

Your beliefs can limit you more than anything. If you have limiting beliefs, you won’t seek solutions to improve HOW you age. Instead, you’ll find excuses not to change your lifestyle or the way you train.

But with an open mind, you’ll be open to growth and improvement. The human body is incredibly capable when we take care of it. Mobility (aka your ability to move) is key. It’s not the only piece of the puzzle, but it’s very important.

Eat well, sleep well, go outside and play, maintain a positive mindset, be open-minded, exercise (weights/cardio/mobility), and there’s no limit to what you can achieve at any age.

Believe in this and work towards it consistently. You’ll be surprised at how good you can feel in the future.
