Geraldine George Strikes Bronze Twice at the World Masters Athletics Championships in Gothenburg, Sweden! 🇹🇹🥉

Geraldine captured not one, but two bronze medals in the women's 50-54 division discus and javelin throw events. 🥉🥉 Her discus throw of 35.91m was a season's best, and she finished behind gold medallist Bettina Schardt of Germany and silver medallist Carmen Diaz of Spain .

👏. 🇹🇹We also celebrate the success of our other athletes who put in stellar performances:
• Gwendolyn Smith won silver in the women's 60-64 shot put
• Dwaine Herbert narrowly missed a medal in the men's 35-39 long jump with a season-best 6.63m
• Murrien Mitchell reached the men's 45-49 200m final
• Michelle Sturge-White advanced to the women's 200m semifinals with a season's best time
