ROLE

This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Customer Celebration! Representative at Sunshine ☀️ in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 with flexibility for remote work.

The Customer Celebration! Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, maintaining effective communication, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

TRUST

Trust is the most important aspect of this Role. Your honesty, integrity and trust will be required 100% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Communication skills.

Customer Service and Customer Experience skills.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a customer-facing role is recommended.

Fluency in English is mandatory and Spanish is beneficial.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

EDUCATION

Candidates should not be enrolled in full-time school. Part-time education is acceptable.
