Position: Swimming Coach
📍 Trinidad & Tobago

Are you passionate about the water? Do you believe in developing the WHOLE athlete, not just the swimmer?
The Torpedoes Swim Team is looking for a dedicated Coach who aligns with our Holistic Aquatics Academy philosophy.
We focus on technical excellence, mental resilience, and a lifelong love for the sport.

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Swimming Coach to join our squad. You will work with various age groups, from beginners learning to blow bubbles to advanced competitors refining their strokes.
You aren't just teaching skills; you are mentoring young athletes.

WHAT WE NEED (Qualifications):
✅ ASCA Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent). Formal coaching certification is a must.
✅ Lifesaving & CPR/First Aid Certification. Safety is our #1 priority.
✅ Minimum 2 Years of competitive coaching or lesson instruction experience.
✅ Strong understanding of stroke mechanics and drill progressions.
✅ Proven ability to create progressive, engaging, and safe Training plans.
