It’s been way too long, but I finally made it back to the Savannah today for a run. There’s nothing like that heat and the views of the Savannah to remind you why this is the heart of town. My legs are feeling it, but my mind needed this.

50 today! To be honest, I don’t feel any different, just deeply thankful. Looking back, life definitely changes and you see things differently as the years go by, but I’m just walking into this new chapter with a heart full of gratitude. Thankful for life, thankful for health, and thankful for the strength to keep pressing on. God is good. Feeling blessed.
