Ok Folks come on down to our facility and get registered! You are invited to our Open House. Come try any of our boot camps classes or even personal training. Bootcamp times are 5:00 am, 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm Mon-Fri. You can also book an appointment anytime from 8am-2pm on a Saturday or Sunday for personal training. Please note that personal training times will be made available on a first come first serve basis. These services are complimentary starting today and ends 1st of September. No registration fee for those joining before September.

5am, 6pm and 730pm the Ultimate Body Transformation BOOTCAMP since 2006. BOOTCAMP is nothing knew to us so it only gets better but we stay out the box. Call and message for details............
