'The best stretches to do before training legs'

I've put together some exercises for you guys that I personally used and helped me during my leg routines, especially squats.Do these before you start your training and you also do before(optional), I recommend also to do them on your non leg days. 3 times a week.

I use to get unbearable pain on my lower back while training and even when am not. Now I am pain free and I am stronger and confident in my lifts. Stretching to me is important and I believe it's mandatory.

The stiff leg exercise is one of best exercises that shapes the hamstrings and glutes.

With controlled slow eccentric movement, 3-4secs down and concentric 1-2secs up.
