🎉Dream Body’s very first cohort of certified GYROTONIC® instructors is officially here! ✨
This is so much more than just a certificate—it is the beautiful result of countless hours of sweat, focus, and dedication.
Looking back on this journey, everyone went through four rigorous stages of certification courses and practice sessions, accumulating over 300 hours in total. You’ve come such a long way—moving from those initial moments of feeling lost and figuring out the movements, to now deeply understanding the flow of the body, the expansion of the spine, and the rhythm of the breath. Every single stretch and spiral was a profound dialogue between you and your body.
Watching everyone break through their limits and support one another throughout this training has been incredibly moving!
A huge congratulations to all of you on officially becoming GYROTONIC® instructors! 👏❤️
As you step into this next chapter, we can't wait to see you bring this expertise and passion to others—helping more people explore the endless possibilities of their bodies and sharing the grace and power of Gyrotonic.
