Congratulations to me on completing my interview for the EU Youth Sounding Board 2024 after being selected from among youths. Now, this interview will determine the final 25 youths who will participate in the Youth Sounding Board for a two-year term. I'm glad to be invited because i enjoyed the interview🥳🥳🥳

Last year was a truly blessed year for me as through my brother , I received an invitation to participate in the Jesus Gathering convention held in Mombasa, Kenya. It was a profoundly enriching gathering for me as a young person from Tanzania.

I learned a great deal, met new people from other nations, and discovered things I had never known before. Most importantly, I grasped the significance of being a leader and the importance of divine-assisted leadership.

Last year, I had the opportunity to empower five students from Tengeru Community Development College for two months in the field of community development. I helped them understand how to use design thinking to solve community problems, life skills, decision-making, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

A new day is a new opportunity

It was a unique joy to be invited by the leadership of Sombetini Secondary School to witness the creativity of students on their STEM School Day. I had the opportunity to witness students showcasing various innovations which, with support, could become solutions to challenges in various sectors of our country.

On this day, I also had the chance to witness the talents of students in the arts, and I realized that education systems need improvement to recognize and nurture these talents because they could potentially turn into employment opportunities for many if provided with ethical management and guidance.
