Strategic Portfolio Management Programme – Zaanya Africa Foundation
On Wednesday, 4th March 2026, Zaanya Africa Foundation successfully conducted a Strategic Portfolio Management Programme at the A4H Offices.
The purpose of this engagement was to review the organization’s current projects and activities and assess how they contribute to our mission of community development, empowerment, and sustainability.
During the session, staff members and facilitators worked together to:
• Map all ongoing projects and activities
• Analyze initiatives based on impact and resource effort
• Identify which programmes should be scaled, sustained, rethought, or stopped
This collaborative process allows the organization to focus on the initiatives that create the greatest impact in our communities.
The insights gathered from this programme will directly contribute to the development of Zaanya Africa Foundation’s 2026–2028 Strategic Plan.
Together, we continue working toward building stronger, healthier, and more empowered communities across Africa.
