For those of you who just got back from your summer break, WELCOME BACK ! As for the news : I've decided to wait a bit longer before starting back or not the Pilates classes. I've got a new schedule in my work in the French school, so I'd like to organize myself and see how it could work. I miss Pilates myself !!! a lot !!!! I think in a few weeks time I'll be able to give one class on Tue. morning, I'm thinking also about Sat. morning and maybe 1 class at 5 pm. Let me know what you think about this new schedule !

Alright everybody, Pilates classes will be closed for 2 months, July and August 2012. Meanwhile HAVE A NICE HOLIDAY !!!
Hi everybody, just to remind you that next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, there won't be any Pilates classes ! Classes will resume on Thursday morning at 8.30 am at Royal suites or on Monday 25th of June at 6 pm !
Some people ask me if they need to bring a mat or equipment, the answer is no. You just need comfortable clothes, and if you have a mat you can bring it if you feel like, it is anyway more hygienic. Or you can simply bring a towel. See you !!!

Hi everybody !!! Today something we didn't do for a long time, Pilates on the ball !! As you see, I diversify our props, one time with the bands, another time with the magic circle, then with weights, in order that our muscles don't get used to work the same way and become lazy, we want more and more tone, especially now, 2 months before the summer holidays ! See you all !

Hi everybody !!! here are the bad and good news. the good news I'm going away for 2 weeks so there won't be any classes and your muscles are going to have some vacation ! please note the dates : from Monday April, 23rd to 3rd of May. Classes will resume on Monday (for evening classes) May 7th and May 8th for morning classes. The bad news : I always take opportunity when away to grab some new ideas, new exercises, and to include them in new invigorating lessons !!! so watch out and let's all see you on Monday 7th !
