๐Ÿ”ฅ MURPH HERO WORKOUT ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Join us at CrossFit KLA for one of the most legendary Hero Workouts in the CrossFit community โ€” Murph.

Murph is performed in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL who lost his life in service during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan. This workout is completed every year around Memorial Day to honor his sacrifice, courage, and resilience.

The workout consists of:

๐Ÿ’ช 100 Pull-Ups
๐Ÿคธ 200 Push-Ups
๐Ÿฆต 300 Air Squats
๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ 1 Mile Run

Optional weighted vest if youโ€™re ready for the full challenge.

Whether youโ€™re doing it RX or scaled Murph is about pushing yourself, supporting each other, and finishing strong together.
