Join us at CrossFit KLA for one of the most legendary Hero Workouts in the CrossFit community โ Murph.
Murph is performed in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL who lost his life in service during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan. This workout is completed every year around Memorial Day to honor his sacrifice, courage, and resilience.
The workout consists of:

๐ฆต 300 Air Squats
๐โโ๏ธ 1 Mile Run
Optional weighted vest if youโre ready for the full challenge.
