Happy Commonwealth Day!
Bowls Uganda was honored to join the Commonwealth Sport family in celebrating Commonwealth Day, honoring the values of unity, diversity, and the power of sport to bring nations together, held at Olive School Namugongo.
Children enjoyed rolling and the Bowls!
The celebration highlighted the values we cherish as part of the Commonwealth family: unity, humanity, and equality.
The day was graced by the presence of the President of UOC/CGU and Commonwealth Sport, who shared inspiring moments with the children and educated them about the Games.
We were also honored to have Prof. Muranga, Director General of the Banana Industrial Research Development Center (BIRDC), who later tried out their Bowls Delivery!
